New Homeowners
The Academy Hill Homes Association (“AHHA”) welcomes all new homeowners to our community!
Academy Hill is a special community that was developed in the early 1970s and is part of unincorporated Los Angeles County. With over 180 homes located within our community, the neighborhood is known for its friendliness and community involvement.
New homeowners are always welcome to join AHHA. The voluntary $50 dues are paid annually by October 1st and are used to pay for:
• Yearly summer parties for the entire community
• Hosting an annual Santa Visit each holiday season
• Hosting general annual meetings for the entire community, to update homeowners on the latest news impacting the community
• Producing a neighborhood directory every three years, for all residents to use as a resource
• Communicating with residents through seasonal newsletters and frequent emails, to update residents on community events and issues of interest
The association also functions as a liaison between the residents and Chadwick School, a K-12 private school located at the hilltop of our community.
