The Academy Hill Homes Association (“AHHA”) is committed to preserving the peaceful quality of life that exists within our community. I am so grateful for the strong sense of community and care taken by our residents to maintain the beauty and safety of our neighborhood.
We have achieved many goals in recent years: the addition of traffic signs/markings to improve traffic flow and safety, landscaping upgrades to our community’s main entrance, the distribution of seasonal newsletters to keep residents informed and connected, communication with local governmental agencies to advocate on behalf of our community and continued communication with Chadwick School representatives for the implementation of collaborative community safety initiatives.
Our current year’s goals include: continuing our active liaison/advocacy work with Chadwick School and LA County for the review of the Chadwick School Conditional Use Permit Renewal and the planning of our recurring community social events.
I encourage all of you to peruse our new website and get involved in our community by joining one of our fabulous committees. We will continue to post and communicate information about community events, annual and quarterly board meeting agendas and minutes and emergency preparedness events and tips.
I remain incredibly thankful to each and every AHHA board member, Block Captains and Committee Chairs for their volunteered time and dedication to our community’s well-being.
Feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions or ideas you may have for our community at AcademyHillHomesAssociation@gmail.com.
